Four unhurried steps, from the first email to the day we hand you the keys. Every project follows this shape, whether it is a single Color Consult or a whole‑house Refresh.
Coffee & conversation
A ninety‑minute in‑home consultation, $250, credited toward any project that follows within sixty days. We listen, walk every room, measure a few things, take a lot of quiet notes and ask about how you actually live.
The plan
Within ten business days we come back with a tight, illustrated direction: palette, floor plan, sourcing list, budget to the dollar, and a written scope. One revision included; most families do not need it.
Sourcing & making
We place every order, manage every lead time, receive every piece into our Barberton warehouse and inspect it before it ever comes to your house. You get a short weekly note.
Install day
Full white‑glove install, usually a single Thursday or Friday. You leave in the morning, we work through the day, and you come home to a finished room, styled to the last stem.
Transparent, fixed fees.
We do not bill hourly. Every project is quoted as a single design fee plus a hard furnishings budget you approve line by line. Trade discounts are passed on to you at 50%; the other 50% covers our sourcing, receiving and install.
